Netflix DMC Vergil...

The death of Vergil's family is what caused him to seek power so that he won't go trough what happened that day again.

The fact that in the Netflix show he witnesses his mother saving Dante will make him feel abandoned. That can also be true about canon, but he didn't have confirmation because he wasn't at he house when demons attacked.

Because he's the abandoned child, I think Mundus will take advantage of that, telling him he's better off embracing his demonic side.

Ugh it's so awful that Vergil praised Mundus...So awful!

So yeah, Mundus can just give him power. And what he will use it for?

NDMC Vergil most likely fights Dante just so he can get the amulet and the sword Sparda, not wanting to leave Dante anything.

So...he basically wants to hurt Dante because he thinks that his mother loved him more and he also wants to kill humans.

Correct me if I'm wrong on the last part, because that's what I recall from the last episode. He 's helping demons to invade the human world. right?
