ppl keep talking about the "community" as if its all in agreement about everything, like everyone voted for a mob that didn't win or everyone was spamming the chat but like, the minecraft community isn't just people on the discords servers you are in or the people on twitter or tumblr or reddit or youtube like sure those are subsections (which have more subsections inside of them) but the community overall is much larger.

Obviously if the vote was rigged that would be a bad thing but we don't actually have any evidence to say that it was (and anyways why would mojang do that? like if they didn't want players to vote they just wouldn't have a vote). Armadillo got the most votes, even if no one you know voted for it (which is sort of the boat im in lol). You don't know everyone! 5 million people voted, and the majority of those people are pretty happy with the outcome. Even some people who didn't vote for the armadillo are still happy for it.

It's ok to be disappointed with the fact that your personal fav didn't win but you don't need to turn that around a bash THE MAJORITY OF MINECRAFT PLAYERS WHO VOTED DIFFERENTLY. Like honestly.

And the irony of ppl saying stuff like "its because kids voted for it" bruh..... minecraft... is a game for kids.... did you forget?
