In our research we have come across some negative comments about this company's live chat. Many claimed that their agents takes way too long to answer but the truth be told when we used live chat with them we experienced no such problems. Sure they would take about five minutes some times to answer a question but not half an hour as some people claimed! We do not know if we were just lucky all the times we talked with them or if some people are just exaggerating but we found their service more than adequate and their agents proffessional and thorough when answering our questions.

A pop-up appears at the beginning of the site with a terms&conditions agreement in order to proceed. Curiously though when we tried to access the terms&conditions window it would not open. We leave it to you to make your own assumptions. Anyway this firm as they say so themselves on their homepage are only for day traders. With no pattern day trading rules and a 6:1 leverage this broker seems as a really good option for online trading. Bear in mind though that because SureTrade's offices are outside the US there is zero accountability on their part which to put it simply they can get away with some technical issues that you may or may not find in their platforms. Those issues may cost a lot of money though so trade at your own risk.
