It always cracked me up when the dwarves in Orzammar were like ‘I’vE nEver SeEN tHE SurFaCe bUT iT soUNDs sCaRY aNd I doN’t waNt To’ and the surface is literally right outside their front door. It’s not like they are even that far underground. The entire city is literally the same sea level as the surface, it just in the side of a mountain.
Like do the dwarves guarding the front door know? Have they lived 10 feet from the rest of the world and never looked outside?
