you had always loved surfing, it was one of your favorite hobbies, but sadly you only went during the summer cause during the school year you were packed with work. you were planning to go to the beach the upcoming weekend with a small group of friends as a way to start off the summer and the end of the school year. when you got there, the three of you found a nice place near the ocean to put your things down. you were walking to the car to get your surf board when you bumped into a tall, dark-haired boy who happened to be holding onto a surf board. “oh sorry didnt see you there.” he apologized quickly. you give him a small smile, “its fine, hey nice surf board.” you replied. “you surf too?” his eyes widened in surprise. “yeah ive practically been surfing since i was like 4.” you let out a small laugh. “wow, well anyway im calum.” “im Y/N.” “do you wanna hang out with me and my friends we’re just over there near the ice cream shop?” he asks pointing to the direction of a group of boys. “yeah sure, that’ll be awesome, i’ll just go ask my friends if they wanna come.” “great.” he smiled and walked towards his friends.
