Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 6 slider buns. 6 slices cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon hot sauce.
Instructions: Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Divide ground beef into 6 equal portions and shape into small patties. Season shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill beef patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Place a slice of cheese on each beef patty and allow it to melt slightly. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and hot sauce to make the sauce. Assemble sliders by placing a beef patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with grilled shrimp, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and a dollop of sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
