Bittergiggle jokingly says he'd let Syringeon see what makes him tick any day, before they can both fully process it Bittergiggle is on the medical table, barely containing himself while Syringeon goes on to touch n lay him down in the operating table, cut till he opens him up oaudha,,

Bittergiggle is half delirious due to being operated on awake plus one of the givanium citizens fucking up his anesthesia (nurse is quickly chased off the room ofc), he's talking nonsense to Syringeon and trying to hold onto him everytime he feels the scalpel against his skin. Syringeon is barely paying attention to him, he's more entertained by Bittergiggle's insides and perfectly cutting through layers ,

By the time Syringeon had enough, Bittergiggle's passed out, no worries tho, he'll make sure to sew him up skillfully, after all he was born for this kind of procedure. It'll barely leave any scarring and perhaps he'll manage to convince Bittergiggle to do this again.
