I just had my post-op follow-up with my doctor today! Great news - I'll be able to start working out again in one week (two weeks total post-surgery), but limited to lower extremity exercises only.

ah ro: it wasn't an easy 1% let me tell you. but now i know you have to WASH your hands before surgery.
