More DLCC discarded surplus.
The evolution of my DLCC surplus items have grown to the point they needed a reevaluation.
I took stock of my surplus inventory, and found many items that will never be used. These items include PC expansion cards of computer ports (before such ports were integrated onto motherboards), modems, a Vibra 16 sound card, and obsolete video cards.
Other items included outdated CD-ROM drives, a laptop case, 24 1980's-era Apple microphones (a 25th was kept for testing purposes), an obsolete webcam, and a 1999 Apple Studio Display.
I wish I could donate these items to someone who could use them or to a museum. These items are so old our local thrift stores won't take them because they can't sell them.
Now, if they were selfie sticks… 🙄
I did donate the laptop case to a local flea market.
To be sure, I still keep a surplus stock of many computer-related items.
But, for now, may we have a moment of silence for these departed items… 😔
