The Search for Identity. 👁️ ~ We tend to believe that something needs to happen in order to find ourselves. We may assume that travelling or reading a book will help us find the clarity on the image of ourselves. But once we realize that we are still not completely aware of who we are we start to feel exhausted from our quest. The problem is that we expect to find ourselves after a specific event without realizing that this would be the culmination of our lives. We cannot find ourselves definitively. We are rather constantly finding ourselves each and every day. With each breath and each glance. With all the stories and all the words. With every beat of our hearts.
