6.It depends on who is doing it. I loved Beauty and the Beast, and Mary Poppins, and Wicked, and the Lion King, so I'm not against it. I do think it has to be done right in order to be good. Legally Blond and Newsies for example, both did good jobs on taking a movie with a bit of a messy plot, and making them right for Broadway. But I don't think everything should be made into a musical.
11. I would cast the Book of Mormon cast in the Book of Mormon. :P
