Sooo it’s been a while 😅
I just had this image while I was reading Suzanne Collins book “The ballad of songbirds and snakes” so I had to visualise it 🤍 still working on it though ✨
Word: Overdone (12/4) Catching Fire by Susanne Collins might be a little overdone. Sorry, I forgot it was in the oven. I'm a bit sick of young adult dystopian novels. Not that this ever deters me from reading these immensely popular and (usually) well written books. #justonewordbookphotochallenge #catchingfire #susannecollins #thehungergames #YA #dystopian #overdone #omgitsburning
I thought I was being so clever, tackling three challenges in one photo, but turns out I'm a day late for one of them. No matter, counting it anyways! Day 6: Book that made you cry #aprilbookshowers Day 6: Friendship #lilbookishapril Day 5: Time #ampersandapril16 I'm fairly certain each of the books from THG made me cry. But, Cinna for cripes sakes! There are so many friendships I love in this series, Cinna + Katniss, Haymitch + Katniss (grudgingly) and Peeta + Katniss when they're both reeling from the first games. Gale can go do whatever, meh. Now Time, tick tock the whole clock aspect of this book is what immediately came to mind. I should really reread this series. So good. Are you a fan of any of these friendships? And the eternal question, Peeta, Gale or Team Katniss? (Peeniss for me😆) And dont mind my beat up phone. #bookstagram #booksofinstagram #instabook #books #bookish #catchingfire #thehungergames #susannecollins #youngadult #ya #youngadultbooks
Love is weird.
