Fresh salmon sushi is a classic Japanese dish that showcases the delicate flavor and texture of raw salmon. It's simple to make and perfect for sushi lovers.
Ingredients: 200g sushi rice. 200g fresh salmon fillet. Nori seaweed sheets. Soy sauce. Wasabi. Pickled ginger.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice, then let it cool. Cut up fresh salmon into very thin strips. On a bamboo sushi mat, put a piece of nori. Leave an inch of space at the top of the nori and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over it. In the middle of the rice, put strips of salmon. Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly, and use a little water to seal the edge. Cut the sushi roll into small pieces that you can easily eat. Put it on the plate with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi.
