Another nice tuna app from Chef Mike at The Station! It waa dark when I took this so I had to sort if drain the color and try to put it back in clearer.. but still a bit muddy. HAPPY TACO 🌮 TUESDAY!! Whatcha working with today?? These were my MidKnight snack.. to feed the insomnia 😑 Tried something a little different.. started with Sushi Grade Tuna marinated in Soy Mirin Garlic and pickled ginger.. threw some fresh shredded cabbage on there too.
