Me presenting you reasons why Suho should be a bottom

Would be funny if Tiel thinks his manipulation tactics work because Suho is obedient with him all the time, when in reality Suho has long broken from the brainwashing without even knowing he had one in the first place.

Double the comedy points if Suho just knows he's an Itarim apostle but since he's not done him wrong for now or crossed paths with him, he's like in that zone of "You have been added to the found family no take backs" moment. Like he will fight the Itarim if he needs to, that is HIS apostle now, not the Itarim's.

Mermaid Tiel and marine biologist Suho. Tiel escapes confinement from a research institute facility and is found by Suho who temporarily lives in Jeju to study marine life. The fun plot twist here is that Tiel feeds upon human meat and blood and the one who has kept him contained in that facility was none other than the scientist Sung Jinwoo who needed to find a way to get rid of these mutated mermaids that started to feed on humans.

Jinwoo is living in a research intitute a continent away, one that demands he keeps as little contact from the exterior as possible so that nothing about the research could get out and scare the public and thus hasn't seen his family around for a long time. Suho wants to be a great scientist for that reason, though it seems his passion lies more in drawing the flora and fauna that he studies. He also hasnt seen his mother or sister after taking a job and studies in Jeju. Though he comes to see them on the holidays. He is lucky enough to not need roomates in order to pay rent, but he still brings his friends over since the loneliness has started to creep on him. Then one day he finds Tiel on the coast and is perplexed by the being since- well mermaids dont really exist?? so he thought.

The next thing he quickly notices is all of the blood thats draining out so he quickly tries to help him out with te injuries only to get attacked by the mermaid, still that doesnt deterr Suho from bandaging the wound until they get to some place where there is less sand.

The mermaid quickly passes out from the bloodlust which gives Suho time to stich up the wound and place tiel in the bathtub, scrubbing away his body so that the wounds dont get any infections. Judging by the rest of the body it seems that they were trying to catch him alive.

Anyways, Suho doesnt think about it too deeply and just goes to the hospital to get his own wounds treated. His teachers Mr Byungyu and Miss Juhee will likely be mad at him but hes ready to deal with some of the consequences. He found something unexpected after all.

Tiel has woken up by the time Suho is back from the hospital and has become more docile after noticing the stiches on his body, as well as the wrapped bandages. However he doesnt let Suho get anywhere near him due to his face resenbling the scientist that captured him.

Tiel cant communicate with Suho, and vice versa, but Tiel did pick up upon human behaviors and expressions, so while he doesnt know what exactly Suho means, he can understand a few things. He can also respond to yes or no questions with his head. With this knowledge Suho tries to find ways to learn more about Tiel, mainly what his diet is and what he needs to survive. Tiel makes it very clear he doesnt eat like other fish and in fact craves human blood/meat by jumping to Suho's neck and biting it. Quickly, Suho draws away before more blood is drain, however, the surplus of blood that Tiel has unabashedly drinken, Tiel points to him how a few of the wounds from his face have started to heal instantly.

Studying this type of... monster, Suho thinks, will likely give him a huge headcache, even more so if he gets exposed to the public. For now decides to keep Tiel a secret and when he is able to properly communicate with Suho, both will decide on whats the best course of action.

some pop up ideas later on:

Miho and Dogyun come to know about Tiel, Dogyun by accident because he needed to use the bathroom and was not warned about the giant mermaid in the bathtub. Miho was suspicious of Suho's bites around his neck and wrists, deciding to investigate it for herself, and ending up learning about it Suho fainted from the lack of blood and Miho had to bring him home half dazed, she of all things did not expect a mermaid going through the refrigerator to grab his lunch and OH MY GOD SUHO WERE DID YOU GET ALL THIS MEAT-

Suho got grounded from buying so much meat at the butch shop, which hes given to Tiel alongside his own blood so that the taste could be countered but the proteins would still be there. Its not really helpful, but its a small alternative. Hes also tried cooking foods that hold all of a human's meat and blood properties for Tiel, but its quite the hard trajectory, and a costly one too.

Tiel slowly learns human lenguage in the meantime that Suho has to study or go to lectures. He gets bored easily so he wants to read as much as possible to escape, at least in mind. He also escapes the bathtub in the middle of the night to nag suho so that he may visit the beach, and though Suho is hesitant at first, he obliges and makes a point to at least carry him one or two days a week after his wounds get better. Tiel has been thinking about escaping these days but he doesnt think that might be the safest option since they are still trying to look for him, right now the only place that isnt being actively searched is the bathtub he is in right now, and though it is far more tight than the institution's aquarium, he feels as though he has more freedom there, alongside some... tolerable company.

Gray is the dog that Suho has in his apartment, he was a gift from his dad back when he could still see him but now that Gray has aged up so much Suho cant help but feel bitter at the memories.

It takes a long time for Tiel to get accostumed to Suho, much less to be touched by him, and if the wound gets reopened or he has to bite Suho, he often does it with his eyes closed so that he doesnt look at Suho's face. Suho noticed this which is why he started to wear a mask around, it did make him feel a bit foolish but it was something, and he also decided to find another method for Tiel to cleanly drink Suho's blood. aka the point for all of those foods and blood bags. Tiel likes Suho's cookig, though he is sure not to show that off, Suho still notices the harden expression softening a bit so he takes it as a win.

Suho has a lot of muscle from all the training he does in mr Yoonho's gym, which makes it easier to carry Tie around in the middle of the night. Tiel, embarrasingly enough, finds it enjoyable since he hates how he cant swim around everywhere he wants unlike in the water. The first time he was held he did almost crack a smile from the sudden shift, he quickly tried hidding it though.

The idea of the inhumane Human and the humaine Inhuman is getting to me.

Like, Suho is by no means entirely abnormal, he has feelings of his own and struggles just as any other person would, but imagine him slowly turning into a monster that seeks nothing but death, being overtaken by primordial darkness or the idea of constantly looking for his thrill to fight to the point he starts to loose everything that makes him human in the first place and it starts to be something that affects him to a personal level.

And Tiel on the other hand slowly understanding the concepts of emotion and love and what drives people's desires suddendly makes him have his own and through a slow process he begins to be confronted with other new expiriences that he'd rather hold on to than let them be in the hands of his creator who will pull all the unknown, all the fear, love, consiousness, free will and freedom of defying fate, and turn it back to the same cycle of neverending war that it once was.
