it’s not like he hated his home town - not at all . honestly , levi enjoyed coming back him . or at least he did . it was a much more comforting place when he was in his father’s good graces , but since rejecting the idea of following in his father’s footsteps - it’s become more of a discomfort . the only reason levi had decided to hop on a place back to toronto for this huge event happening was only because of his little sister . after hearing her beg , he couldn’t say no . he never could . so he found himself in a button up shirt in a sea of people who knew him , his father , and the reputation that followed along with it . levi let the typical speech come off his lips with the random people that went up to shake his hand , and after awhile he was searching for an escape - which funny enough led him to the kitchen . eyes seeing people in a group , and as levi approached them , he noticed a familiar face . ‘ she’s blonde now ? ‘ he thought to himself as he saw jc - no jacqueline - no - fuck , levi knew who it was , but he was fumbling over his own words without saying them yet . “ jackie ? “ he calls out , eyes looking at her and without noticing he was interrupting a group conversation that was already happening. ah shit , he thought to himself again . “ fuck - i - “ he was continuing to fumble over words , fingers scratching the back of his head in nervousness where he cleared his throat , knowing he was looking like an idiot.
