Rufus physically dropped the paper in his hand, staring at the visitor with a rare shock clearly evident on his face. What in the world was this??

"If this is Professor Hojo's twisted idea of an April Fool's prank, you're a few months too late," he said slowly. He glanced down at Dark Star, laying on the floor beside him - clearly it wasn't too concerned by the new presence. This had to be some kind of joke, right?

Still, he was unsettled, enough to stand from his chair and point his shotgun at the child in his office in one smooth motion.

Tseng absolutely goes into meetings with @svnnykit with him. Just sits there as professional as ever with a child just sitting in his lap and probably some snacks and crayons ready in his pocket. He will ignore any looks he gets bc what're they gonna do. He's still actively paying attention, participating, he just has a child in his lap while he's doing things
