THE BASICS OF SONY VEGAS TUTORIAL
how to add colorings on svp 13+!
hey y’all, so my buddy o pal ian (crankseptic) on instagram wanted to learn how to use coloring and overlays, so i’ll make a lil tutorial on the colorings part!
okay so -
step one: find a overlay or overlay pack.
i’d recommend looking on youtube, but sometimes people give them away on instagram and vine (rip vine). here’s a link to the one i found on youtube that’s called “dark purple”: https://youtu.be/tuR_X3y5rQ8
step two: download it!
go to the description if you’re on youtube, and click the download link. (remember to not click on ads... that could be bad my dudes)
example -
step three: open the file (it should be an svp/veg file... if not then try a different coloring or contact the maker or something) it will open up svp!
step four: click the “track fx” for the layer
then click “plug-in chain”
step five: find the “filter packages” folder or maybe try to make a new folder called “colorings”... idk lmao i didn’t do that but eh, maybe it’s possible.
step six: save the coloring! click “save as” and enter a name. i recommend putting the coloring name and “by *insert the maker’s name/username here*”
press “ok” cause you’re done now lmao. also exit out cause... yeah... you’re done.
thanks for reading... yeah. have a goodnight!
