How will India realize dream of Swaccha Bharat with this (psychological) error? An SUV (as marked in the picture) arrives at the New ISBT, Shimla, and comes to halt right outside the entrance. A person (most probably a tourist) comes out of the expensive car bearing Delhi-number (perhaps carrying camping gears) and ignored the toilet for it was too far from him. Maybe, the toilets were not functional yet, but he did not even try to reach it. Secondly, instead of going for a more isolated location, he chose the most crowded one.
