Body Tip #1
If you want to lose weight I wouldn't tell people if I were you. People are only going to be fake or mean! Fake people will say you don't need to and that you look fine, just to be nice. Mean people are going to tell you its never going to happen and that you losing weight is like narnia being real. Only tell REAL people. The people who are going to not judge your decision and not even take a second glance at you. They're going to support you. Tell you that you can do it and even try helping you. Life is too short to stress about weight but in this generation that quote really doesn't matter. So if you plan on losing weight heres how: Tip 1. Get a plastic bag and put all your junk food into it and throw it out. It's going to be hard, I know, but this will help you BIGTIME. Tip 2. Do research on simple exercises you can do at home. ( There are loads, don't worry) Tip 3. Use smaller plates for meals instead of your regular large ones and fill it up. This will trick your mind into thinking that its having a full plate of yum yum's! (You could even say you're playing mind games) Tip 4. Have BREAKFAST. Don't skip it. Breakfast increases your metabolism for the day and helps remove your waste more often. Tip 5. This isn't really helping to everyone but some people are open minded and are okay with this tip. Have healthy breakfasts. I personally am vegan. Healthy is all I got (and its a pain) but it's easy to deal with. Look up healthy breakfasts or even Vegan Breakfasts. Vegan breakfasts are made up of more fruit and vegetables and do not have dairy or meat if you were wondering. Healthy breakfasts would have dairy and some even meat. But if you plan on losing weight i'd try go vegeterian at most or cutting down your regular meat digestions. I HOPE THIS HELPED. IM NOT AN EXPERT, I JUST KNOW WHATS UP. ☺
