So this is what I've been up to in the gym lately. Usually I wouldn't do this, being that I don't want to embarrass myself, but I was proud of how smooth everything went today. I've been doing power cleans for a little over 2 months now and I'm very happy with the progress I'm making. But I'm still getting use to moving the bar properly. Now if you have any tips, hints, guidance, advice, or constructive criticism to share, please don't hesitate. I'm all ears 👍🏾.
