Of popular folklore, much like Bigfoot, Louisiana is familiar with cryptid tales.

The Bigfoot of the bayou state is believed to stand between six to eight feet tall, and has a red reflection emit from it's eyes. In addition to it's shaggy hair and it's ability to stand on it's hind two legs, the creature reeks of a horrible odor.

Behold, the swamp troll!

This unique piece of folk art is the artist's imaginative representation of a bayou beast from southern Louisiana.

Sculpture is believed to be crafted out of wood, muslin and natural moss.
