hello members !! 

so after checking the poll, it seems that most members have voted for a gossip blog, ask meme mondays, weekly tasks, and randomly assigned interactions. therefore, i'm putting the finishing touches on the gossip blog now, and i’ll be posting a task later as well as a post for randomly assigned interactions. i know i’m excited !!

Are you going to make a "wanted connections" page for roleplayers to submit to? I've seen people do so in the past to help applicants decide who to apply to and such

hello members !!

so consider this the first of many installments to encourage member participation, which as i mentioned before is going to be a major focus of this roleplay. i’ve come up with a few extra ways to get characters interacting, and i think that all of them could be a lot of fun. 

i’ve listed and explained them in detail under the cut, so make sure you read them through. after you’re done, there’s a poll HERE so that you can vote for all the ones you’re interested in !!

ask meme mondays --- every monday, people can reblog ask memes and send them out to other people 

gossip blog --- in character gossip about the different characters and character relationships

weekly tasks --- self-explanatory, i think. they don’t have to be weekly, either -- if you’d rather, for instance, biweekly tasks or monthly tasks, just write that in the ‘other’ option

weekly random assigned interactions --- every week, the main would put out a post saying “like this if you want to be randomly partnered up with someone!” then, everyone who liked it would be put into a randomizer. the challenge is to have a thread with the random character you were assigned !! ( for the weekly thing, again -- doesn’t have to be weekly )

weekly prompts --- every week, the main would post a single word as a prompt and you would have to somehow use that word -- maybe use it to write a self para, maybe post a starter based on it ?? ( again, doesn’t have to be weekly )

and of course, the other option --- these are only a few ideas, and i’d love to hear ideas that you have !!

and we are now officially open !! you may now all start interacting with each other on the dash. we will have our very first event posted later tonight, and that will continue over the next few days to really kick off swan song !! welcome to hogwarts, one and all, and happy roleplaying !!

we now have 15 accounts in, and hopefully more coming!! i’d like to open interactions tomorrow afternoon around 4 PM EST, to allow for time for plotting, ask memes, etc. but before i solidify an opening date/time, if everyone could reply to this post or send the main a message letting me know if that works for you, that would be great!!
