Did a redesign of Skull Man, (because I’m just doing all the robot masters at this point)!
I really like the idea of him being this badass Russian riot cop since he was one of the few made by Dr. Cossack for actual combat. That and aggressive police state is one of the few things that actually comes to mind when I try to think of Russian theming :p
