this was rowan's first big acting break, she'd got the lead role in an up-and-coming romcom. it was fascinating and it helped that she was working with a very good-looking co-star. she was currently going over some lines with said co-star, "which scene do you want to start with?" rowan asks, "what haven't we practised much? the big kiss scene" she teases, giggling a little.

SHE WASN’T SURE IF SHE SHOULD SAY ANYTHING or did she even have a right to say anything? things between the two of them were certainly … complicated? was that even the right word? “jesse, hey….. how. how are you?” she spoke as she wanted to say something even if it was ridiculous, basic, awkward even if she wanted to say something. not her best but better than something along the lines of heyyyy mannn. how’s it going. which was totally not off the table.
