the initial intrigue the carnival held for hugo had begun to wear off who had been growing tired of seeing couples kissing on rides or friends winning stuffed animals for eachother. luckily, there was always someone to spice things up and hugo was soon learning that demons could be rather fun. “he’s not going to three bullseyes,” hugo hopes at least, and the warlock has quite a lot of money on the stranger playing darts. “you’re stupid to think he can,”

Starter for Levi.

“Hey, Levi? Thank you for helping me carrying these boxes.” Lucas smiled as he walked behind his new flatmate, both with a large cardboard box in their arms. He didn’t have many things, two boxes and a backpack were all he had brought with him from medical school. “...Or perhaps I should apologise for claiming half of the apartment now?” He laughed softly, didn’t seem to be bother by the amount of stairs they were walking. After all, even without the markings, he is still a Nephilim.

Of course, the elevator had to be broken down the day he moved in.

“I don’t mind having a good sweat, but please tell me the elevator doesn’t break down often?” Lucas joked as they finally arrived the floor where the apartment was. They settled down the boxes on the ground, wiped the sweat off their foreheads. He glanced around, took in the view of his new home for at least the next six months.

Cassidy didn’t know what to do with herself, exactly.  It wasn’t like there was much hunting going on, and it wasn’t like she could just go around splashing people with holy water to see if they had a demon in them.  The other problem, though, was that she was a high school dropout and wasn’t exactly hire-able.  She found herself at the coffee shop, newspaper lying open in front of her in an attempt to see if anything looked remotely like she could do it.  “Is there even such thing as normal around this place?” she muttered to herself before seeing someone out of the corner of her eye.  “Y’know, I would have tried to explain that away three months ago. But now?  I think I really and fully mean it.”
