Sure Got A Dirty Mouth by JustineDelarge: One of the best fics in the Wincest universe. Literally the Harry Potter of Wincest porn. Read it. 100% recommended. She's a fantastic writer. 

Crown and Anchor Me by Sena: Sam Winchester is fifteen years old, at yet another new high school in yet another state, he doesn't get along with his distant, distracted father, he's figuring out that he likes guys just as much as he likes girls, his clothes never fit and his limbs ache at the joint ever since his growth spurt started, he has to study for the PSAT and, oh yeah, he's a little bit in love with his brother, Dean, who's taken a break from hunting monsters to work at a local garage for minimum wage. This is a great fic.

Crush by BewaretheIdes15: Dean looks at him different now, Sam just can't figure out what the difference is.

Worst Part of Hell by JustineDelarge; short but very sweet and full of feels for hell-broken!Sammy.

Teach me your secrets, I’ll give you all of mine by jackles67 (Weecest): Sam asks Dean to teach him about sex.

Silk by minchout: Very well written, and there’s been some lovely fanart for this fic. Fem!Sam.

Baba O’Riley and Eleanor Rigby Walk Into a Bar by sammehsayum. Many feels in this one. Dean and Sam’s therapist sit down to have a chat.

The Man of Law by infatuated-ink: Sam is cursed into acting out his most repressed urges.

A Thousand Shades of Red by nekare: Growing up is hard. Sam knows it, can feel it beneath his skin as his bones stretch and his baby fat fades and he’s perpetually hungry.

Last Outpost of All That Is by gekizetsu: The world ends while they’re asleep. God, this one is a great fic; basically Sam and Dean are the last two people on earth. Very long, but well worth it.

Recall by de-nugis: Sad Hallucifer feels in this one.

I’ll Kill You, Honeymuffin by silentpoetry1: This one is great. Very fluffy, very funny. Sam is cursed into calling Dean pet names.

Couples’ Counseling by lazy-daze: A voicemail fix-it. I love this one.

You’re Possessing Me by nyxocity: Dean stumbles onto porn vids of Sam. The author of this one is a legend in the Wincest community I swear.

Basorexia by fantamae: Dean gets cursed into kissing Sam whenever he feels like it, but afterwards he can’t remember ever doing it. Such a great fic.

The Firefly that Loves Metallica by fleshflutter: basically you can’t be in the Wincest fandom without at least having read part of this fic. It’s like a necessity. A must-have for the Wincest pack.

Prime by meus_venator: slave!fic. Long, but extremely well-written. In a cruel and capricious society where slavery is the norm, first born children or Primes become masters, all younger siblings become slaves or Secs at the age of sixteen. Second born son, Sam Winchester, has evaded his fate and helped others do the same while attending college and living as a Ghost, but his luck has just run out. I quite liked this fic. I wasn’t entirely fond of the twist ending, but a good read nonetheless.

Teacher’s Pet by JCRGirl: This is one of my favorite hurt/comfort fics. Sam is kidnapped and the hunting community, headed by Dean and John, band together to find him. Four days after he's taken, Sam stumbles out of the woods beaten, bruised and broken and reminds Dean and John that not all evil is supernatural.

On the Way Down by BewareTheIdes15: This is such a good fic. Simple, but lots of feelings. Sammy is cursed and grows a giant pair of bird wings. Dean is stuck inside the cabin with him while their father tries to find a cure.

Reconstruct from Within by FictionalNutter: Another great hurt/comfort fic. Dean tried to call Sam when he got back from 2014, but didn't manage to get a hold of him from over a week. Sam tells him not to look for him, but Dean thinks something is wrong, so he looks anyway. When he finds Sam, nothing could prepare him for the state in which he finds his little brother. Can be read as Wincest, or just emotional brother bonding. Nothing explicit between Sam and Dean.

But Then My Homework Was Never Quite Like This by nyxocity: Okay. Okay. Before I rec ANY J2 I have to rec this one. This is quite possibly the greatest fic I’ve ever read. Basically Jared is eighteen and enrolled at a private high school; Jensen is the hot new physics teacher. I CANNOT EVEN DESCRIBE HOW INCREDIBLE THIS FIC IS. YOU MUST READ IT. IT IS A MUST-READ.

Who Watches Over Me? by nyxocity: Jared is an action movie star. Jensen is an ex-Navy Seal hired to be his bodyguard. THIS IS A FANTASTIC FIC IT IS ONE OF MY ALL-TIME FAVORITES. There are just so many feelings and ugh. Read it. Also, watch the movie trailer that goes with it.

True Colors by munibunny: Okay. There is no level of praise too great for this fic. Literally one of the most heartbreaking and insanely fantastic j2 fics I have ever read. Jared is mentally challenged, and he takes care of Jensen's garden. Oh gosh I could never summarize this well enough to give it justice. Just.. Read it. It is absolutely incredible.

Throw Your Arms Around Me by deirdre_c: This one is so sweet. Creature!Jensen. There were hundreds of houses, thousands of people who came to swim and play in Jensen’s lake, but Jared was the only one he cared to know by name.

When You Came Out of the Dark by jackles67: Jensen doesn't really know why he told the guy who'd been basically harassing him that he'd go out with him. And now they're at the opening night for some circus freak show that the guy seems to think qualifies as a proper date location. Jensen's just itching to leave until they enter a room where the 'freak' on display is a winged man, beaten and bruised. Jensen can't seem to get the man out of his head.

Hungry as an Archway by jackles67: Jared is married to rich CEO Eric Kripke, who treats him like a trophy - to be shown off. JDM, Jensen and Chris kidnap Jared and, when Jared gets cold, decide to warm him up in their own way. Jared enjoys it, like, a lot.

Like the Back of My Hand by dimplesforyourthoughts: The angst in this is just incredible. Jared’s inner turmoil is so well written. One of my faves. The year is 2107 and all physical human contact has been outlawed. Jared Padalecki was born into this world and he’s never experienced anything like real human touch. But there’s a secret world that exists on the outskirts of this one; rumors of people who deal and touch in back alleys for the right amount of money. Curious despite himself, he tags along with a friend to witness one of these deals. All it takes is one moment, wrong place, wrong time, and Jared finds himself a part of this secret world, led in by Jensen Ackles. Jensen is everything about this world that gets people killed, but Jared’s curiosity gets the better of him, because while Jared has never been touched, Jensen still remembers what it was like to be touched. Curiosity shifts to passion and Jared’s no longer able to deny himself the need to understand physical touch, and to have Jensen be the one to teach him. In a world where people die to hold hands in the shadows, to steal just one kiss, Jared and Jensen embark down a path that begs the most dangerous and difficult questions of Jared’s life; do you choose to follow the law and deny your instincts because it’s safe? Or do you pursue your inner desires at the risk of getting killed?

Mark Me Up With the Bruises of a New Day by sammysshampoo: Alright, I’m going to be that bitch and rec one of my own fics—well, not really rec it as much as toss it in the pile for a suggestion. I worked really hard on it, so why not? Sorry to be that bitch but yknow. Jensen Ackles is a high-school dropout whose only concern is looking out for his two younger sisters. Jared Padalecki is a teenager with a rebellious streak, brought up in the foster care system and unwilling to rely on anybody.
