★ mabel pines x jinx moodboard !!

self-indulgent because I have had them on the mind recently, here are more of my thoughts for this ship and how I think they would meet.

my last reblog of the drawing of mabel and jinx made me think of a crossover ship between them, picture this;

drifting stars! au (mabel falls through the portal and gets trapped with ford in "not what he seems") they travel through the multiverse, hopping around dimensions until they end up in the world of arcane, ford needs a few pieces to fix his stun gun (that for whatever reason was broken) so they stayed in that dimension for a bit, only for mabel to wander off alone and be kidnapped by jinx, I'm sure mabel would find a way to talk things out with her, but I'm also sure mabel would remind jinx of her past as powder, and I'm not sure how would she go about that, would she pull a silco and take her in and teach her all she knows? would she not stand her at first and torture her? and you could add much more flavor to this ship by also having past jilco and past vijinx involved, jinx grooming mabel like silco groomed her? mabel being the replacement sister she oh so desperately wants? and maybe we could also include ford siding with piltover and vi and caitlyn to find and save his niece! it has soo much POTENTIAL!

This week Erin Summerlin sweaterbombed the statues at the University of North Texas for her third year as part of a tradition to kick off the Spring semester. Music is "Treetops" by Leoncarlo.

Mabel x Jinx goes so hard. I love crossovers and all the potential for drama with the other characters is so good.

I knowww, it's so fun! thinking about how some characters would react to others or how certain situations would play out, like for example (and I just thought about this) I think Ford would look a Jinx and Mabel be reminded of himself and Bill.

Last night I followed the #sweaterbomb crew as they decorated the statues around the University of North Texas with some much needed sweaters & scarves. Check out last year's #sweaterbomb, the people behind it, and my interview with the mastermind, Erin Summerlin.

The secret is out!

The culprits behind yesterday's sweaterbomb were Caitlin Antkowski, a UNT/TWU fashion major, Savannah Flusche, a TWU fashion major, and the mastermind of the whole operation, Erin Summerlin, a UNT film student. They had planned it over winter break, and waited until midnight before school started back up. It took a couple hours to cut & stitch all the pieces. Erin said it was the best $40 she ever spent.
