Sweet Evil (1996) | Dir. René Eram
New video! This one is on Sweet Evil, one of my fav horrenously bad para-ro angel-demon YA books from 2012 or so. It might be worse than Halo, and the bad boy love interest in that series was literally a nazi
A Book To Read
Title: Sweet Evil(Sweet #1)
Author: Wendy Higgins
Pages:447
Synopsis: Embrace the Forbidden What if there were teens whose lives literally depended on being bad influences? This is the reality for sons and daughters of fallen angels. Tenderhearted Southern girl Anna Whitt was born with the sixth sense to see and feel emotions of other people. She's aware of a struggle within herself, an inexplicable pull toward danger, but it isn't until she turns sixteen and meets the alluring Kaidan Rowe that she discovers her terrifying heritage and her willpower is put to the test. He's the boy your daddy warned you about. If only someone had warned Anna. Forced to face her destiny, will Anna embrace her halo or her horns?
“The beauty of poetry is that it can mean different things to different people at different times.”
― Wendy Higgins, Sweet Evil

I saw that Kaidan Rowe post u reblogged and goddamn I’m so happy u read that plus lux like no one i know has read those series and it’s a damn shame they were my alternate twilights dammit hahaha reread it the other day and it still gets me every time when kai tells Anna he’s only thanked god once in his life: when she was alive after the summit. God i love those two
Haha yeah they were def part of that twilight ensemble of books i would take a bullet for Bc they shaped my literal life lmao
Kai’s character development was a1 haha I’ll never get over how zero to 💯 they went to keep her off his dads radar lmao corny as hell but i loved it
There was nothing healthy about desperately wanting something you couldn’t have.
