Part of the Sweet Track on Shapwick Heath (Somerset Levels, Somerset, England).

Long causeways were built across the soft fens of Somerset, using wood that was cut down around 3800 BC.  The Sweet Track was constructed around this time, and it is the second-oldest wooden trackway discovered in the British Isles.  It was built over an older causeway, the Post Track.
