So I finally read the Barbie/Dracula fic and oh my god it was actually good?? Like criminally so lol the plot was lovely so was the characterization and that twist at the end? I was like noooo lol and then that final twist at the end? I was like damn lol.

I told y’all!!! 🤣🤣🤣 it’s amazing!

The plot twists are so good, I wish I could write like that.

I remember the first time I read the birth and death of the day. I was heading to an 8 am class and I was just looking for something to get my mind off it and then I came across your fic and I remember being so blown away by how seamlessly you brought together two diff worlds—how you tucked Caroline into the hearts of dean and Sam and it felt like it had always been like that. The writing was so wonderful and in character (p1)

(P2) how amazing the kc was—hesitant and full of misunderstandings and longing and it killed me lol this chapter was everything and so much more. I love a good kc story (and I’m all nerves for that resolution lol especially now that she’s human) but I loved how you touched base with how deep her relationship with her brothers went, even the loneliness we saw in TVD that Caroline felt, her memories of Liz and even John. I honestly can’t wait for the next chapter. Also sorry for the rant >.

Gonna be honest, I was kind of nervous updating after such a long time of radio silence. But the response has been amazing! I’m so glad that you have such good memories of discovering ‘birth’ and that this latest chapter didn’t disappoint.

No I totally get you. It really was adorable and just weirdly bubbly and colorful and sprinkled all over with violence and explosions lol. Like this was just a fun movie from beginning to end and like also Ewan McGregor totally killed it there’s just no other word for his performance. This was basically what I imagined a story told from Harleys point of view would be like. And while I hope there’s a sequel even if there’s not Harley and the kid kinda just riding off was perfect.

Yes, it was definitely what I would envision a story told by Harley to be in the good way and it’s a great movie on it’s own or as the first in a franchise. And it just got so many of the building blocks right in a way that I love, like yes it’s a fluffy superhero movie but also it’s a movie about a bunch of girls of varying ages, races, and backgrounds who are all different people with more than one dimension who are all extremely skilled and capable and who don’t have any immediate rivalries with one another who all end the movie in varying states of still being friends and/or teams and I’M JUST HERE FOR THOSE KIND OF SQUAD GOALS YOU FEEL ME

I honestly have no idea if I could have asked for that option, or how much it would have cost. I imagine it’s massively prohibitive. 

If it makes you feel any better, they sew the holes shut. Or at least they did with me. The bleeding part is kind of unavoidable though.

Ooof cowboy bebop … now there’s a loaded question lol I didn’t hate it. I genuinely did not hate it hell I found it a fun watch but I’m also not surprised it was canceled. I don’t know if this makes sense but while the show was good … it also felt forgettable? Maybe forgettable isn’t the right word but something was missing that gave me this is epic feels 🤔

Hi, friend! I had been thinking some about how to define my feelings, and the truth is while I enjoyed some parts (Ein 🥺 and John Cho as Spike, thought he fit the part super well), I didn't like anything else. 🤣 It was all too cheesy for me, almost like the guys recreating the show had this weird idea that Cowboy Bebop was meant to brush on being a comedy? The impressions I had was that they mistook the typical exaggerations of anime as comic relief, and even the acting was impacted by that. I could say a lot more about it, but the second I got to the final episode, I knew the show would flop hard with fans. 🤣🤣

The worst part for me is what they did to Vicious. Like... what the hell was all that? 🥲

I'm not sad it was cancelled, I'm sad they got so many things wrong. I always wanted a CB live action, and now that this flopped it will be decades before anyone gives it a second shot, if ever. Sigh :(

Oh my gosh the cowboy bebop trailer dropped! Did you see it? I have no idea how I currently feel lol.

I've watched that trailer so many times, omg. 😭😭 There were so many cool things! The special effects looked awesome! But there were also some very tacky things. 🥲 I still think it's gonna be awful cause I don't trust Netflix, but whatever, I'm here for the ride, take my moneu. 🤣🤣

But omg, the soundtrack! 😍😍 And also that scene at the church with Vicious. 🥲🥲 Godamnit, i love Cowboy Bebop so much.

Also, where the hell is Ed? 🥲

Oh god I forgot all about death note. Or maybe I was trying to forget all about it. Not gonna lie though I’m scared too. It’s such an amazing anime and Netflix … well we’ve seen what they do like you said. But I loved that opening sequence so much so at least there’s that lol.

It was so good! 😭 If everything else fails, at least that opening sequence is already glorious. I won't skip a single one asfhgdhjsgfsd Also read that they brought Yoko Kanno back for the soundtrack and omg! Cowboy's soundtrack was the BEST!

I'm just wondering what happened to Ed. 🤔
