Ingredients: 4 slices of white bread. 2 slices of ham. 2 slices of Swiss cheese. 2 slices of turkey. 2 eggs. 2 tablespoons of milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Butter for frying. Powdered sugar for dusting. Raspberry jam for dipping.
Instructions: Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese between two slices of bread to make two sandwiches. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
