Ingredients: 4 cans 15 oz each navy beans, drained and rinsed. 1/2 pound bacon, diced. 1 onion, finely chopped. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup molasses. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove excess grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the skillet. In a bowl, combine navy beans, crispy bacon, sauted onion, brown sugar, ketchup, molasses, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even coating. Transfer the bean mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the beans are bubbling and the top is caramelized. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious homemade baked beans with bacon and brown sugar!
