5.28.17 Today, it's currently 12:27 am. I just drove home in a huge lightning storm. As I am behind the wheel, I think; "How can i even begin to describe how I feel?" And with that, a flash of lightning streaks across the sky, Giving a glow to everything near the burst of light, Beamed in front of my car, to the right, in a field. There's a crispness with lightning- The entire streak is visible almost instantaneously, it seems. You shock me, it seems. You're so perfect, in the night sky, dressed as a lightning bolt. You seem to be something of a demigod. Something of transformation and potential, with fatal flaws and love. And lots of love. I could be the night sky, and you could crown me with your dancing spindles that you weave with powers that leave me breathless and awestruck. Illuminate my inky skyline with striking beauty.
