Yesterday I was given the #sweetestsurprise, which brought me to tears many times over. . Like many #2020brides, #COVID19 has derailed some, possibly all, of my #wedding events. So, when @recsida did a #nocontactdelivery...I did not expect this. . A #scrapbook filled with letters from my #familyandfriends. Each page brought me smiles, laughter, and hope for when we actually get to be together to celebrate. . Thank you @late._to._the._party & @misswilmavie for reminding me of our antics as adolescents and showing me how friendships with a deep history can survive over time. . My #cowsins @madellaine_castro @jjamdbox @ktinars @tiffanykings... you fill my life with so much joy (and food). There’s no better group of people to eat with than our fambam. You make my life full (not just foodwise, but lifewise). . My #seester @webarragan... we don’t get to choose our family, so I’m #blessed God gave me an Ate who is a constant and consistent presence of love and support in my life. . My #maidofhonor @felstravelgram...I am forever touched by giving me that comic strip after all these years. It’s been over two decades of our long distance friendship...and you still haven’t been able to get rid of me. #muhahaha 😈 . And to the #creativegenius that pulled all of this together...my #matronofhonor @recsida. Thank you for pouring yourself into something like this just to show me love and support (from at LEAST 6ft+ away) during a time when the world is in crisis. I truly am so blessed by your thoughtfulness all the time, and I never want to take that for granted. You are my person (because Diego doesn’t understand the reference - so he doesn’t count).
