KJDSHKJ i plan to actually draw out some plot points ive got scattered about in my head but heres some facts:

early on (during season 1) you could cut the romantic tension with a knife. neither of them are vulnerable enough for an official relationship yet but they are spending nights together if you get what i mean. lots of looks across the room, flirtatious bickering, and discussions about world domination.

skales was simpin for pythor in season 1 you cant change my mind.... so love triangle with LOTS of passive aggressive hostility between cupid and skales

cupid is definitely the muscle.. hes not one to run away (which pythor finds reassuring) and is CONSTANTLY having to save his ass from the ninja.

adding onto that pythors exit in dotd was hilariously ridiculous. cupid was there to catch him.

cupid visited pythor in jail after he swallowed that big ass pill and CONSTANTLY made fun of him for being so small. it was payback for getting teased for being shorter

cupid was not popular with the othr fangpyre… at all. he was appointed as a lieutenant of sorts during the war and became super ptetentious and arrogant. he wasnt exactly a strong soldier either so ppl got mad and thought him undeserving. they did think he was cute tho

when the serpentine are hiding from the great devourer, cupid cant stop thinking abt pythor (who’s just been swallowed). hes alone again, no one to talk to, no one that likes him. hes bored, and admittedly lonely. and as soon as he hears tgd is defeated he races to the city to find him only to discover wu, but no pythor.

then he went on this long incredulous journey to find him, knowing deep down he was alive

cupid was not bulky AT ALL during the events of season 1. total twink. he def got his muscle during his search.

I REALIZE ALL OF THESE ARE STORY BASED ONES SO HERES A FUN ONE: at one point he  got super into gardening. he prolly gave pythor potted roses or smth while he was in jail

yknow how pythor was revealed in season 3 and he had this NASTY hoarseness in his voice?? cupid made him tea every morning and evening religiously until he recovered

cupid has a garden and gives pythor a themed pot of flowers (passion, consistency, appreciation, etc). he ends up giving a new pot every few weeks bc they always end up dying no matter how hard pythor tries to keep them alive
