I found this hardware parts drawer that I had used to keep samples when I started Sweet Marias. I was learning as I was going along and really wanted a way to keep all types of green coffee on hand, to inspect as references for new samples. Zimbabwe AA November 1998! Yemen Harazi from a company that no longer exists, YSC. I guess at some point I internalized what different green coffee should look like and didn’t need the drawers any more.
