Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 cup red and blue sprinkles.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and red and blue sprinkles. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
