Crunchy and flavorful, these Baked Sweet Potato Crisps are the ideal Paleo snack. They are seasoned with a combination of Paleo-friendly spices and are a great substitute for traditional potato chips.
Ingredients: 2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon sea salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until they are well coated. In a separate bowl, mix together sea salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potato slices and toss to evenly distribute the seasonings. Place the seasoned sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
