Okay! So you can message me telling me like "I want to RP with you" and it's literally that simple! Just let me know you want to RP with me and we can work it out, if you have a plot idea, if you want to think together a story you want our characters to have, if you even want us to be related or to already know eachother, you literally just have to let me know! The submit also works, you can submit already like a starter or something and I will post it with a reply and we go on from there (:So, I get home late in the day (Like right now, I just got home) and only when I get home do I make replies. Like right now, I'm working on my replies. Whenever I post a reply, I tag you with it (your URL) but if you want to make sure it doesn't get lost (because tracking tags sometimes doesn't work) you can also send me a message like "Hey Izzy, I would like to ask you if whenever you make a reply you could send me a message letting me know", and it'll be my pleasure to do so
