The Naples October real estate recap showed 662 properties sold for just over $652 Million. The largest sale was for $22,250,000 in Port Royal. Additionally, the luxury market picked up again, with 142 properties sold at or above $1 Million compared to 109 sales during September.

The speculation that home sales would drop significantly following Hurricane Ian proved to be false as evidenced by a 23.7 percent increase in closed sales and an 8.7 percent increase in pending sales.
