no one asked for these but i'm obsessed with this show. headcanons are based on the latest broadway revival!! obviously most of these characters are horrible people and i'm not glorifying murder but they are just silly little fictional guys to me.
sweeney: ok..look. i know he kills people. but hear me out. i just think that before he was sent away, he was a much happier person and i just get a very cute, dorky vibe from pre-prison benjamin barker. lucy def tickled him lots and he had a very soft giggle that made her melt. he obviously hasn't been tickled in 15+ years when he returns to london, the concept has sort of been entirely forgotten. because mrs. lovett is so touchy with him, she has 100% accidentally tickled him and made him flinch. he has no idea what to do when tickled, he just sort of curls up and swears a lot. i can't see him ever tickling her back, he thinks its stupid and would get genuinely irritated when she did it. he didn't mind it when it was lucy, though. his ribs are his worst spot; he's taken to keeping his elbows pressed tightly to his sides whenever mrs. lovett is behind him.
mrs. lovett: when i first watched the movie when i was like 7 (i know thats way too young shush) i was like. oh i'm in love with her and also she is a ler. but this version of mrs. lovett in the revival has more switchy energy. still predominately ler, but her cackling laughter is just rlly endearing ok?? like i said above, i can't imagine sweeney ever purposefully tickling her, but i think if he ever did, she wouldn't mind simply because she's obsessed with him, lol. she tickles him a bit once she figures it out, she can't really take the hint that he isn't a fan. probably also tickled toby a few times, just quick little squeezes to his side along with playfully pinching his cheeks. her thighs are very ticklish, otherwise she's not super sensitive.
johanna: has never really being tickled before, so the first time anthony does it, she accidentally elbows him right in the face. she is so embarrassed and apologetic, and maybe even shyly asks him to try it again, promising to not flail so violently this time. her laugh is super high-pitched and squeaky, and she's very squirmy. her very frantic vibes in the musical are sad in context but also gives her this very sweet quality. she actually thinks tickling is fun, it helps distract her from her nervous thoughts and helps her feel very carefree and loved. her sides and stomach are super bad!! she's very clumsy the first few times she tickles anthony, but she quickly gets the hang of it and absolutely loves watching anthony smile and laugh. she knows he doesn't enjoy it as much as she does, so she's very careful to not overdo it.
anthony: we don't know much about anthony's backstory but i have the feeling he didn't have a very close, affectionate family/upbringing, but in his sailing days he made close friends that were like brothers to him, which lead to drunken, playful antics, meaning he got tickled a bit by them. his laugh is quiet but very melodic, and his neck and knees are his worst spots. he loves to tickle johanna, and lets her turn the tables most of the time. he compliments her laugh and is very gentle with her, pressing tickly kisses to her cheeks and neck, especially when he's got a bit of stubble.

specifically about that time in season 7 episode 4 when Wrecker tells Echo, “We’re just in it for the thrills” then pauses and adds “YO!” which sounds like a middle aged dad trying to fit in with his kids friends, leading me to believe that Wrecker is older than Echo. And also, YO.
As a fellow Bo-Katan girlie I have asked “what the fuck is wrong with you? (Affectionately)” a good few times and sometimes, especially when the situation is more translatable into our reality, the answer my brain comes up with is “is she a little bit autistic??”. This has led to me developing the headcanon that she’s on the spectrum but she’s doesn’t know purely bc with everything that would have been going on when she was little it got brushed off by whatever space psychiatrist as trauma. (Important context here is that I’m autistic, so there’s a chance I’m projecting)
