Swifly is a Pokémon you can find basically anywhere in the Intoh Region. It is usually sitting on power lines or transmission towers in large swarms. Apparently, the electricity in these lines don't bother it all too much. Swifly's wings can spread to more than twice its regular size and instead of properly flying, it usually just soars around, riding the wind. It is a very curious, but still cautious Pokémon.
