My auntie just picked it up yesterday at our local post office. I didn't know that the items arrived last December 11. Our local post office didn't informed me of its arrival. The items arrived in the Philippines last December 7 and after that there are no more updates on the tracking system. They're also not responding maybe because of the holiday season. I asked ts official online store, UPS and USPS to help me but they said that once the items leave the US, they have no more control over the item. The estimated arrival of the item according to the ts official online store was 1-3 weeks. I expected to received the item before my birthday which is December 13 or before Christmas day. I predicted it right but someone caused the delay. 😭 but what's important is it's already in our home and it is complete and packaged well.
