i swear when this song came out, i felt like the only person that didn't love it, now i feel like the only person who loves it. why does everyone hate this song? what's with the switch up?

The lyric “you’re the best thing that’s ever been mine,” was actually written about Atsushi and Akutagawa
Ok so I watched the Speak Now Tour movie for the first time tonight (only got my hands on it a couple of months ago and this was the first opportunity) and... that was a combination of "holy quality", spotting the band members that she still tours with, "hheey she still does that!", singing along and crying.
I cried so much. Like sure I've seen the intro from Youtube before but when that intro started on the TV, it was a cue for the first tears. Then I started crying again at Long Live because I haven't been able to listen to any live recordings of it dry-eyed ever since I went to the cinema to see the original Eras movie (with studio versions it depends on what kind of day I've had) and with Fifteen following it and Love Story finishing up and leading to credits with FIFTEEN AGAIN I had no chance to stay dry-eyed. Especially because I decided to watch the special features as well and ow pain Never Grow Up, yet another song that makes me cry :D
Anyways absolutely loved it and it's very much loml that I didn't go to Speak Now tour either when it was in Norway or any of the US dates considering Haunted (my favorite of Taylor's) wasn't apparently even on the set list for the European bit?? not sure how true this is because I was too busy being in kindergarten
