How many times have you been in an argument and lost your temper or said something you didn't mean but it just felt good to say it... until everything settles down and your left having to clean up a mess based off of a temporary emotion and not being slow to speak and slow to wrath and not willing to be swift to hear because your focused on getting your point across? Does it ever make the other person see your point clearer? Do you think they respect you more afterward? We've all been here! The tongue is very dangerous and sharp, it's so easy to get worked up over things that are so small and senseless to feel as if we "won the argument" all for our selfish pride.
