Just as she’s about to order another drink from the bartender, the other’s obnoxiously loud voice caught her attention. Pausing mid-order, she turned to face him, a deadpan expression clear on her face. “Oh?” she asked, arching an eyebrow at her drunken ex while feigning seriousness. “You’re funny, sweetheart!” Ishiko exclaimed, chuckling as she reached out to rest her hand on his. “To think you’d be stupid enough to do such a thing to me... It’s adorable.” Giving his hand a squeeze, she grinned before returning her gaze to the bartender. “Please, get everyone in this bar a round of shots. Captain Morgan,” she replied, a wide and impish smile on her face before giving a nod toward the man sitting beside her. “Put it on his tab.”

He’s completely inebriated, raven hair falling in his face and speech slurring and while Ishiko isn’t exactly sober either, she’s pretty sure she’s not as wasted as Devon is. In fact, she’s in that sweet spot of intoxication, much more than a buzz yet less than a blackout, but it makes the situation all the more comedic. His words are stupid, but the sentiment behind the poor execution of his words has Ishiko breaking out into a fit of giggles. Her shoulders shook, a wide smile on her face as she reached her arms out, hands taking hold of his face and pulling him down to her level. “H-Hey,” she slurred, moving his head from side to side and tilting her head in the same direction. “Stupid. Sex doesn’t rhyme with drunk-- That was the worst pickup line I’ve heard, Devon.” With a snort, she chuckled. “Try again.”
