I think one good way to give corrupted Rose a creepy uncanny valley look is to have her wear a porcelain full face mask (which would mean when she talks you don't see her lips don't move), and when she takes it off her face is in a constant Joker-like grin. Maybe you can even do a personality shift with the mask. When she has the mask on she's quiet, soft-spoken, and naturally calm and apathetic. But when the mask is off she's unstable, crazy, violent, constantly laughing and giggling, and just generally Joker-like.

Swinerella is covered from head to toe in the color red and her eyes are an emerald green. The scary thing about her is how silent she is. She’ll sneak up on her enemies and use jubilation on you before you even know it. She can turn it into your worst nightmare or your greatest desire. She can expose deep desires and humiliate you. And she’ll do it with a smile on her face. Then she’ll pull out her thrones whip and strike you down.

She’s not really the same Rose anymore, she’s more unhinged.

I feel like Swinerella will have an American McGee's Alice queen of hearts vibe.

Actually, her design is more like Ever After High's Queen of Hearts

But now I know there's a dark version of Alice in Wonderland game.
