Omori tickles are epic and all but y’know what would be epic? Emori tickles! (The AU made by Shrimperini)
For example Emori Aubrey is pretty much the mediator of the group, making sure Sunny, Basil and Kel don’t fight eachother or dumb dumb crap, but imagine if she does this by absolutely destroying them with tickles?
Like Aubrey thinks Basil might be hiding Marijuana from her and so playfully interrogates him through giggles and laughter, pushing him onto the ground to absolutely destroy rip funny weed man, and like a tickle fight begins for the two of them but Basil almost always loses because he loves her!
However when he and Aubrey are hanging out maybe he just… randomly decides to gently tickle her, and like she squeals so adorably and says that’s really mean and he’s all like, “If it’s mean why ain’t you fighting back and fully embracing the laughter?” ;) and then she does then fight back and they just have a tickle fight but actually not because they don’t at all resist the giggles they cause eachother.
For Sunny and Kel perhaps the two are like… being really tsundere to eachother more than usual and Aubrey acts as the “mediator” mediator as in she absolutely WRECKS them with tickles! Sunny just takes it as he struggles to keep away a smile and giggle and Kel is full on flailing and swearing loudly at her and she’s all like “Sorry besties, I’ll only stop if the two of you hug and make up!” ;D
Also goth Mari… I think she’d find it very funny to just one day silently approach Sunny without his knowledge… and then go full silly ler goth mode and tickle him, soothingly reassuring him to not hold back his true feelings and laughter and him just doing that and laughing adorably, in contrast to his emo knife wielding persona he makes for himself! Also does that for Aubrey only she acts a little more rough tickling as she is more used to that compared to Sunny.
Hero…… uhhh idk I think he’d loath tickling of all types, with the possible exception being his girlfriend Mari. Like maybe when he’s stressed out studying Mari decides it’s to get playful and tickle him gently, causing him to snort in laughter and flail onto the ground in complete shock. (The good kind.) Mari is the only person he’ll allow to tickle him but he never tickles back because he thinks she wouldn’t like it. (She would love it actually and he’d love it too due to her cute laughter.)
You’d think emo Sunny wouldn’t like tickling but he love it just ans much and og Sunny, especially when it comes to destroying his best friends Basil and Kel. He doesn’t try with Aubrey as she’s the tickling extraordinaire and would casually destroy him in a tickling match. Basil and Sunny have a tickle fight with eachother as besties, but Kel is literally unable to tickle back against anyone and his flustered swearing is very funny and adorable to Sunny.
Speaking of Kel, he pretends so hard to not like tickling at all but actually…… he absolutely loves it. He never fights back being tickled but that’s only because he’s too shocked to do so, and he usually starts tickling others if they anger him too much… those people being Sunny and Aubrey. Unlike with Sunny he will tickle Aubrey, (Usually justifying it by saying she’s obnoxious but the reality is he wants to make her laugh.) but Aubrey always successfully fights back and DESTROYS him! And for Sunny… well he especially loves tickling him, though he struggles to stop himself from smiling as he doesn’t want his tough delinquent boy persona to be broken and get teased on by Sunny.

○ So, one could think that between Aubrey and Sunny, Aubrey would be the BIGGEST ler ever and win every tickle fight but to be honest they are both pretty equal here
○ Because both of them feast and thrive in unexpected tickle attacks.
○ Aubrey because she LOVES to catch her victims out of guard, especially Sunny because he always let out the CUTEST mix of a snort and a squeal together with a bunch of wiggles and squirms. Like, usually Sunny will just lay there and take the tickles (sometimes even trying to push the offending hands away but never with enough force or energy), but when Aubrey manages to sneak behind him and run her index finger across his entire spine?? His body just takes a screenshot and he wiggles like crazy for a couple of seconds before being subdued by fast giggles
○ Also Aubrey will NEVER admit but there is simply something lovely and amazing in the way that Sunny looks at her after an unexpected scribbling in his neck, a pinching on his sides or a poke on his spine. His eyes is always beaming w joy and his eyes wrinkle at the corners and he smile and suddenly she just *knows* that she will have to tickle him again in the future.
○ Also I like to think that in the future, when Sunny is a bit more confident in himself, he will star to get into the random rough housing that Kel and Aubrey are always up to. And you just know how it is. One day you and your two friends are just rolling on the ground, pushing each other around and then you sense Sunny trying to sneak upon you while Kel is distracting you by shoving a hand on your face and you know, like, you have two hands and no qualms about playing dirty so you just.... ya know start digging on Kel's armpit and not let his crackles distract you from turning around, pulling Sunny's hands so he loses his balance and fall on your lap and then lightly skitter your fingers on the back of his ribs with your other free hand.
○ ♡ Victory ♡
○ She is generally very merciless when it comes to tickle fights but that doesn’t always mean that her attacks are rough and stuff. Especially with Sunny because he always reacts better when it comes to light tickles, full of fast titters and quiet snickers. Besides his stamina was pretty low for some years so any more playful and energetic tickling would have him breathless and tired v easily.
○ Tickling him and Hero (who has a silent laughter) creates what the gang likes to call The Silent Melody. They both blush a lot everytime that title is mentioned
○ Also, well!, light tickles means a laughter quiet enough to hear any and every tease and ooooh boy how Aubrey LOVES to absolutely DESTROY all her victims with teases (because she is a SOFTIE)
○ For Sunny, her teases are usually variations of "Huh? What did you say? Care to repeat that?~" and "Ops, does that tickle? Well, you just need to escape then. Problem solved! But, hey, if you get to escape you better run the fastest you can or otherwise... I will catch you again.~"
○ He is not that flustered by her usual taunting teases but they're fun to say and it's nice to see the way huffs and puffs and wobbly smiles escape from him when she drops a compliment for his laughter or his reactions here and there.
○ NOW!!! SUNNY'S SURPRISE ATTACKS!
○ So, different from Aubrey, Sunny doesn’t randomly tickle someone because of a strategy of battle or something like that
○ He just get random Ler Moods cvfghjjhgvbn
○ I mean, I mean, they’re not TOTALLY random, his thought process is just kind of complex. Sometimes he will just be hanging out w everyone and then he sees a bean passing by with a shirt with red flowers and he remembers about that one afternoon in Kel’s house where Basil was talking about all the new flowers he wanted to try to dye with this new technique he saw on a magazine the other day and how he could make one with each of their favorite colors and Aubrey said that there was already flowers with her favorite color and that was same magazine they saw that adversiment about that movie and that was a good movie, very fun, full of cute moments and there was a tickle scene there wasn’t it? It’s been a time since he tickled someone. He should tickle Aubrey.
○ While that entire movie happens on his head outside he is just,,, sitting,, and then suddeny his sharp, concentrated eyes locks on Aubrey and then he NYOOM
○ No hesitation. No seconds thoughts. Just silly tickles.
○ His tickles vary from light to rough depending more of his mood, the tickle spot and the person, but generally a word that can describe them is efficient. His fingers are nimble, his teases are rare but very deadly and he can’t deny that there is a part of his heart that gets really, really happy to be the reason of someone’s smile.
○ With Aubrey, he LOVES to use a bit more of light tickles. And she just can’t stand how much maddening that is. Just some fingers scratching her stomach or dancing on the skin behind her knees or a few pinches and prodding on her ribs and then she will be immediately LOST in high pitched giggles that makes her entire face burn with heat and usually she would punch anyone who saw her like this but that is Sunny and she trusts him.
○ It feels especial that she will let him tickle her like this and Sunny is just very content to just hum happily and let out a tiny smile while letting his fingers skitter and dance around while snickers and giggling fills the air
○ When they are around the others tho he will be a bit more playful and energetic which results in a lot of babbling (I am once again defending here my headcanon that Aubrey just talks about whatever when she is tickled) and trashing around.
○ He doesn't say a lot of teases, preferring direct attacks or building a bit of attencipation by wiggling his fingers or pretending to attack one spot and then jumping to the other but, believe me, few things in life makes you feel even more ticklish than hear that boi saying w a low and calm tune: "tickle tickle tickle..." or a "Your yelp was cute" or "You sounded like a squeaky mouse"
○ Aubrey can and will deny forever the loud, hysteric wheeze that left out her mouth at this last tease. Sometimes she remembers about it and automatically die on the spot. Or decide to get revenge. Again.

• Mari manages to have the greatest skill that is to be the sweetest AND teasiest ler in the universe. Full of nicknames (especially related to candies like Giggly LaffyTaffy and stuff) she is the master of sneaky attacks.
• It's not rare to see she sneaking a tickly squeeze or a teasing poke here and there. Different from her full tickle attacks, which are a bit more of special occasions, kept especially to cheer his brother up after a difficult game or to stop a fight between Kel and Aubrey.
• One of her favorite moves is to hug someone before tickling them, lifting them up for a seconds and then place the person on her lap so she can have access to all those lovely tickle spots!
• Hero just c a n n o t survive when she does that. Being the older and tall ended up with him just not being picked up a lot in his life and then Mari just goes there and ???? Lift him up by his waist and he just completely bluescreen and when he comes back to reality there are already fingers kneading on his hips and he is lost. Rip da boi.
• As a Lee, Mari is just unable to stay still. She will kick, she will squirm, wiggle around and roll away if she has the chance. Tickling her usually ends up with she running around giggling while the ler chases her and invites more friends to help, turning everything in a big tickle fight.
• Kel, Aubrey, Hero and Basil just love to tickle her and Sunny at the same time because while she is trashing around Sunny just falls boneless whenever any of his tickle spots is targeted. It doesn't matter if the tickles are light or more playful, Sunny will just curl in a ball and - if he can't do that - lay there and take it. No sense of self preservation. Zero. None.
- Sometimes when they were being tickled together Mari would laugh and say "I will protect you, Sunny!" And then hug him, which usually ended up with her running away with him clued on her like a koala. They were always caught in the end but it is fun.
• Sunny also will try to hold his laughter, giggles, titters and squeals the longest he can. His cheeks will get all 'poof' and you will be able to hear quiet snorts, surprised gasps and even a few snickers more frequently when he is about to break.
• With light tickles, like drawing shapes on his back or attacking his neck, Sunny will have a more naturally silent laughter. If the tickling gets a bit rougher he will be doing his best to muffle and hide his louder laughter behind his hand.
• Not because he doesn't like it or something but because his friends and sister will always comment how nice it's to hear him laugh and that boy can't take teases AT ALL
• Even as the ler Sunny is more of the type to bluntly give someone a praise for how melodious their laughter is or how he likes to be able to make them smile than actively tease the person a lot.
• When he is in a more of a playful mood, tho, he definitely will pretend he isn't tickling the person and keep saying things like "Why are you laughing? Is there something in my face?" Or keep trying to have a normal conversation like "Hero already called us to go try his new cake recipe. Come on, get up or Kel will eat everything."
• He will never say it but he does get very happy and proud after tickling someone because! He made a friend happy!
• Relies a lot in non verbal teasing like wiggling his fingers or slowing descending his clawing fingers next to a tickle spot.
• Not usually the one to start tickle fights but will tag along and help whoever is tickle-attacking someone (which more often than not is Kel, who just loves to randomly start tickle fights)
• Sunny is also easy to tease as a ler and Kel and Mari usually just needs a few comments to make him blush.
• Talking about Kel that is one who - except for the exceptions he makes for Sunny because *yes* - just won't go down without a chase.
• With Hero as his brother and playful, caring parents as well that boi can feel ler vibes MILES away and he will be running away from it.
• He is a cheeky bean who will take advantage of his speed when running away to provoke the ler with raspberries or silly faces.
• Kel doesn't really mind being tickled and actually is very open with how much fun it is! Def is the one who starts the tickle fights the most.
• H o w e v e r when being tickled he will deny to his grave that he is ticklish. Aubrey could be attacking his underarms and he would still use every single drop of oxygen to say that 'No! I am not ticklish! I swear I ahahaham nohohohot!' between is loud uncontrollable laughter
• His biggest weakness are any and every nursery rhymes and Hero, like the good big bro he is, sometimes will start to whistle 'round round the garden' only to see the youngest squeal and complain in protest.
• One of Kel's favorite target is Basil because that sweet sweet boi can't just say "no" to Kel's excited, shiny eyes when the friend ask him to play games like "How Long Can You Keep your Arms Up?" or "Try to not Squirm" and stuff like that.
• When Hero and Mari (sometimes even Basil and Sunny) tickle Aubrey and Kel so they will stop fighting, both of the aforementioned will try to make a competition to see who takes longer to laugh.
• Hero is often the biggest tickle monster in the group. His calm, charming aura can turn him in one of the most teasy, silly and at the same time caring ler ever.
• Just like Mari, he also likes to pick their Lee up when he is tickling them but usually he will keep them in the air for the longest that he can. Something about not being able to touch the ground when there are fingers scratching, scribbling and squeezing your tickle spots can make everything even more fun, in his opinion.
• Loves to sing nursery rhymes and will happily refer to himself as the Tickle Monster with a lower voice and growls if he is feeling silly.
• He and Mari has a game called "Exchanging the Lil Bros". They will get their brothers on their laps. Hero will tickle Kel and Mari will get Sunny and after a few minutes they will say " Exchanging Brothers!" and Hero will pass Kel to Mari while she passes Sunny to him and then they resume to their tickles as if their brothers we're becoming a tickled, flustered mess.
• Looking at his confident smile and way to get out of the most dangerous situations one would think that Hero would be 100% able to escape from any potential tickly threat. Well, you're WRONG.
• Because that boi, oooh, when it comes to tickles that boi is the SHYEST bean ever! If Aubrey even wiggle her fingers in his direction??? He will be stumbling on his words and giggling in anticipation in a couple of seconds. And don't even get me started about the begging. If a tickle attack even does much as l o o k in his direction he will be already closing his eyes and promising to do anything the ler want to not tickle him.
• Kel thinks his reactions are hilarious and, as a good lil bro, will tease him too.
• And then there is also Aubrey! Aubrey is def a gigantic playfully mean ler
• Her fav way to tickle someone is to wait for when the person is too distracted or in a situation unable to escape.
• During theater she can and will use the time when only trailers are playing to tickle the friend sitting next to her with whispers of "shhhh, be quiet or they're going to kick us out!" And "What? Can't endure a few tickle tickle tickles?~"
• She is a bit more gentler with Basil and Sunny but you can pry that information from her very dead cold hands.
• 100% has THE Smirk. Ya know which one. That one that makes shivers run down the lee's spine and tickle spots tingle in anticipation.
• Loves raspberries and def will attack her friends with them and nibbles while doing "nom nom nom nom" noises.
• She and Mari used to have the BIGGEST tickle fights between them. One of them almost become a holiday.
• All of that being said she can't take what she dishes out.
• Can't protest while being tickled at ALL. Even if just a poke is placed on her ribs she will be babbling nonsense and/or laughing too much
• She even got to sing the whole lyrics of the Space Boy game once.
• No she doesn't know why she did that and yes if you mentioned it she will tickle you. Good luck.
• Always seek revenge and has a recovering time + stamina that is almost unbelievable.
• Cute nicknames are her weakness and secretly her love too.
• Talking about nicknames Basil likes to create a special nickname for each one of his friends when he tickles them and he never repeats one.
• The only one that knows Aubrey's weakness for teasy nicknames and he will protect this information w his life.
• That plant boi is def one of the most targeted on the group sorry he is too much cute and I don't make the rules.
• He has just one (1) gigantic self defense response to anytime he his tickled and that response is to immediately ATTACH to any person that is near to him. It can be the ler, it can be a random, unfortunate friends that was just passing by and now it's stuck with Basil hugging them and shoving his face on their stomach so no one will see how much red his face is.
• That can result in a lot of accidental tickles but well rip the person that was just chilling around lol
• Tickling him and Sunny at the same time is one of the sweetest things because he WILL hug Sunny and then now you have two giggly bois hugging and laughing themselves silly.
• Tickling him next to anyone while also tickling the other person is always the cutest thing, tbh because no one will just push him away so yeah a big mess of giggles y a a ay
• Basil will turn completely red and when I say completely red it's like TOTALLY red. Cheeks, face, neck, ears, belly, you name it.

"It's dumb but I kind of like it? I am not sure why!" Basil hugged his dino plushie close. His eyes jumped quickly between staring at his fuzzy new green socks and trying to decipher Sunny's expression, the glances getting progressively slower as he realized nothing but understanding and a small glint of awe stared back at him.
Sunny always seemed to understand him.
"It's nice." Basil continued when Sunny didn't say anything, feeling a bit bolder when his friend blinked at him, attentive at every word that left his mouth. "I always liked to laugh and... tickling never fails to get us to laugh, right?" He smiled, shyly hiding part of his face on his plushie again. "And it's playful too. Hero is always tickling giving Kel birthday tickles when he is still too energetic to go to bed after his party and Aubrey likes to pull tickle fights when we're all together..." At the memories of loud laughter, joyful teases and friendly shoves both teens stared at the ceiling with smiles on their faces. The moon high in the sky and the tiredness that slowed their movements showed how late their sleepover got but, still, between sleepy giggles and warm hugs, none of them had the courage to call it a night. That was when whispered secrets began to fill the room. Basil turned a bright - and still a tad flustered - smile in Sunny's direction. "... I just think that I like tickling because it makes me feel closer to you guys."
Sunny stared right back at him, and for a second the fog of sleep cleared from his mind, making him too much aware of how hot his cheeks are and how crazy everything must sound to his friend. How embarrassing. What was he thinking? So silly. All of this was just so silly and embarrassing, and he shouldn't just go telling things like this without even thinking about, what was he thin-
"I don't think it's dumb."
Basil let out a loud squeak, making both boys freeze when Kel squirmed on the bed next to them, breathing stopping for a second before his snores began to fly in the air again. Sunny let out a relieved sigh, noticing how nor Hero or Aubrey's asleep form seemed to react to the blonde's squeal. Basil took a few deep breaths to clear his head. In for seven, hold for four, out for eight and repeat. The same routine for when the dark thoughts tried to be too much.
When his blue eyes opened they found concerned black ones. Basil held Sunny's hand and gently squeezed, a relaxed smile in his face showing the other that he was truly okay.
Sunny nodded. He scooted over, pressing their bodies together in the shared mattress on the floor, his words a whisper. "I think it's cute."
Basil's shoulders bounced as he held his flustered titters, the honesty on his friend's tune doing nothing to quell the blush slowly creeping to his neck. "Thank you, Sunny..."
The other looked at him then around the room, eyes unfocused as if he was pondering about something before nodding at himself and letting their eyes locked themselves together again. Basil wondered if he was going to share a secret, too.
They stared at each other. Sunny’s lips quirked upwards and for some reason Basil felt shiver run down his spine, making a wobbly tune take over his smile. Sunny just tilted his head, like a confused puppy, before slowly pulling both of his hands up, fingers wiggling in the air.
"Sunny!" A quiet gasp left his mouth, body instinctively trying to squirm away however failing as his back pressed on a cold wall, giggles already bubbling and jumping in excitement in his chest as the offending hands got closer and closer and closer to him.
Sunny only grinned in response, feigning an attack and fishing a yelp from the other, who was quick to cover his lips with his right hand, using the other to try to bap the teasy fingers away in a silly fight that last less than a minute. Soft snorts began to paint his words.
"I am going to wake them up, Sunny!" Sunny, the traitor, only snickered in amusement, deciding to finally attack the other's sensitive neck with a series of light scribbles and nimble scratches, being oh, so careful to go all the way up to tease for a few seconds the spot behind his ears before going back down and giving a bit of attention to his collarbone. "Sunny!"
Both boys couldn't help their big smiles at the high pitched, muffled giggles that were quick to become quiet squeaks as that lovely spot right under Basil's chin was targeted, making the blonde bounce on the spot in an attempt to get rid of the giddy energy which seemed to spread across all his nerves, especially when Sunny changed his attack to softly prod and poke at his ribs, leaving a trail of tingles everywhere he touched. "Plehehehease!"
"Don't worry." Sunny stopped the tickles to adjust himself, pulling his friend closer so he would be able to hide his face on his chest, an opportunity Basil immediately took, muffling even more the snorts and yelps that blossomed on his voice. Sunny chuckled happily at the sight. "I will stop before you get too loud." He promised, experimenting a light squeeze at his belly and deciding against tickling the spot when a bark of laughter momentarily filled the air, which led him to firmly rub the skin and to not only chase the remains of the ticklish feeling away but also make the other basically melt on his embrace.
He placed the information in a folder and put it away for another day.
"I like your laughter." He pointed, his fingertips trailing on the ticklish skin of the other's back, tapping their way up and down on his spine, humming contently with Basil's snickers, "and I like that you like it. It's a good way to make you smile."
He squirmed a bit when his friend's hands rested on his sides, almost clawing at the ticklish spot, probably as he tried to keep his balance. Sunny felt his own attack become wobbly, being thrown away by the sudden tickly sensation. He squirmed a tad more, trying to dislodge the hands.
It didn't work.
"But do you know what I also like a lot?" Basil's voice, even though still full of bubbly laughter, held a hit of something else. Sunny looked down, wide eyes finding blue ones mischievously shining in mirth.
Basil's joyful smirk only grew bigger at the redness that covered the tip of Sunny's ears, quickly nodding at his friend when said one shook his head in response, already knowing the answer for his question.
He decided to answer anyway. "Revenge!" He whisper-shouted, carefully pinching his usually quiet friend's sides, almost squealing in pure delight with the way Sunny became boneless at his touch, hands hugging himself and cheeks puffed out in his herculean effort to hold in all the laughter.
"You're so cute, Sunny." He almost didn't realize when the words left his mouth, his fingers spidering their way to the so guarded armpits, too much in awe with the titters that escaped from other's tightly pressed lips. It has been a time since they had a tickle fight, he almost forgot how happy they made him feel.
"You're both cuter when you're sleeping, though."
It took everything in the blonde to not scream and wake up the whole city at the new voice, his body immediately jumping and turning around to stare at the yawning Hero with a wide stare.
Hero chuckled, with a bite of tease, even, at them, eyes traveling between both, the light shining in them going soft at their happy expressions (especially now that Basil got some time to calm his heart). He lingered a bit longer on the image of Sunny's still giggly form on the floor, but ended up pulling himself up, searching for the other occupants of the room before tiredly walking at them.
"O-o-oh my god, Hero, I am so, so, so sorry for disturbing you! I-I, uh, I just got carried away and I am very sorry for this..."
Hero cut the blond's rambling apologies by ruffling his hair with a fraternal smile, not seeing mad at all. "You're fine, B'sil. It's 'kay. Tomorrow is Sund'y, we can survive sleeping more-" One more yawn, "-late than normal."
Basil searched his face for something Hero's tired brain couldn't quite place, nodding when he seemed to find it, an embarrassed red still painting his cheeks.
Hero tsked, not unkindly, bending down and pulling both teens up in a swift move, adjusting them in his arms before walking to the part of the room he was sleeping, dragging some more pillows and blankets with him.
"H-Hero?"
"Nope, shh, it's sleep time now." Hero chided with the same tune his dad used at him and Kel when they did a prank that he also thought was very funny, but their mom was nearby. He lectured them, but his heart wasn't really in it.
"Did we really wake you up?" Sunny whispered as the older one laid them on the big mattress, putting himself between both boys and adjusting the new pillows and blankets.
"Yes," he stared at the other's black eyes, trying to see what was happening behind them. "But it is not really your fault. I am just a light sleeper who happens to have very sharp big bro instincts that always know when one of you is doing some shenanigans."
He booped their nose, feeling himself relax when Basil and Sunny chucked at his attics.
"Now, shhh, growing boys need to sleep." His teasy words were received with a roll of eyes and a yawn. The two forms at his sides closing their eyes and beginning to nod off.
"G'night Hero. Nighty Sunny."
"Good night Basil. Good night Sunny."
Sunny replied with a soft hum, and with the still remaining memories of loud laughter, joyful teases and friendly shoves all the three of them fell asleep.
