Cardio suggestions...
Ok so....I love my cardio, especially cycling! i go cycling in the gym, as well as on my own bike and spinning classes 1 - 2 times a week...however I wanna switch it up a little too! I currently also use the treadmill, elliptical and rowing machines (they're just not my first love;) ) as well as horse riding which is more of a hobby I have done since I was very young and I'm trying out for a Roller Derby team on Sunday!!! (i'll tell more about it once iv'e been:) ) But iv'e been considering the jump rope! anyone tried it?? suggestions? worth it?
